Being in front of the camera doesn’t come naturally to everybody. Believe me, I’ve been there. I’ve felt uncomfortable, clumsy and unsexy during photo shoots that I had high hopes and paid good money for.
When you feel uncomfortable in front of the camera, you can always tell in the photos – and that makes you tense up even more. It’s a vicious cycle that not every photographer can help you break out of. But I know how.
The best photos are the ones in which we feel like our true selves: joyful, free, and light. So if you’re feeling overwhelmed and insecure, I’ll focus on visualisation and meditation instead of forced poses and fake smiles. Together, we’ll find your “happy place”, your centered self, giving you the confidence to shine in front of the camera.
I know from my own experience how visualisation and meditation help you get into your body and feel positive and confident. I didn’t always know this – to be honest, it’s been a long road to get here.
Over four years of traveling around the world while running my own online marketing agency since 2018, led me to my path of personal development. I practice yoga, meditation and mindfulness every day. It has helped me build my confidence, opened me up to share my awareness, and especially gave me the courage to admit that I wanted to make a living with my passion for photography and visuals. So I quit my remote agency and took the leap. Now I’m a traveling photographer without a home base, who loves to empower women to follow their dreams both on- and off-camera; to inspire, motivate and help them grow.
I run mindful women’s circles wherever I go, hoping to bond and create awareness in the travel- and digital nomad community. This way, I combine my love for travel and mindful living with my passion for building intentional communities that lift each other up.I also run mindful coliving & coworking retreats throughout the year in different locations to help online entrepreneurs create healthy and lasting habits. I love to turn online acquaintances into parts of my remote family and create a global community of likeminded people. You can always meet me there in person and I will answer any questions you have in regards to personal and professional growth!
With my photography and visuals, I want to capture the essence of freedom, lightness and joy – Those moments when we feel like our truest selves.
As Audrey Hepburn said, “The beauty of a woman is not in a facial mode, but […] is reflected in her soul. It is in the caring […] she lovingly gives, the passion that she shows.”
I would love to help you show your passion and soul in your photographs. Let’s take them together.
